Returns are accepted if they are received back within 7 days from the date of the original delivery confirmation for a full refund. *Shipping will not be refunded.*
Be sure to note:
Item must be in original condition. No make-up or deodorant marks, free of smells (perfume, oils, cigarette, deodorant, detergent) un-altered, unwashed, and free of pet hair.
If your item arrives with tags attached, TAGS MUST STILL BE ATTACHED when you return. If your item arrives without tags, I have note of it and you are not required to return with tags.
As soon as the item(s) are received and it is confirmed to be in original condition and have met policy criteria, you wil be issued a full refund.
If item(s) received are not following the policy criteria, item will be returned to sender with no refund or credit given back.
